A couple of years ago I purchased a house using one of your competitors as my mortgage company. Doing business with them was a nightmare. That transaction was filled with messed up paperwork and constant changing dollar amounts. They were unable or unwilling to answer questions I had and took forever returning my phone calls.
I still had a bitter taste in my mouth when I approached you at Mann Mortgage, while seeking a mortgage company for my current residence. I told you a little about my previous experience and you assured me I would not have that problem with you. Although I was skeptical, we moved forward. From day one, you kept me informed of our progress.
